- Roof is 5 years old per owner – looks a little older than that, but is in good shape
- Soffit and Fascia needs repaired – see pics
- Roof peak vents need paint
- HVAC needs to be replaced
- Right side bathroom has a floor joist underneath that is sagging. Visible cracks above the bathroom door frame. Bathroom door frame is not square due to sagging. Damaged floor joist visible from garage.
- Original Windows – worn. need replacing or paint
- 3 nice size bedrooms – each are 12′ x 12′
- Hardwood floors under carpet throughout home – need refinished per owner.
- Both bathrooms need to be updated
- Kitchen needs to be updated
- Large living area – 10′ x 16′
- Needs drywall repair in a few spots – see pics
- Paint interior
- Minor ceiling repair needed from old leak.
- Some interior and exterior doors need replacing
- Back porch needs attention – paint, replace screen, etc
- Basement duct work needs to be re-worked to hide in ceiling
- Front gutter with gutter-guard needs repaired or replaced. Rear needs gutters added.
- Basement has exposed brick on a few walls. Needs studs, drywall, and new flooring to be converted to livable space.
